Skills for Life

All of our 4 sections are open to both boys and girls, from all faiths and ethnic backgrounds. We welcome everyone from the local community and help people if they cannot afford the subscriptions.

Welcome to Pyrford Scouts

Our active Group is situated in the heart of Pyrford based at the Arbor Centre.

We get involved in lots of different activities and interests and because of this we have lots of opportunities to learn new skills. To work alongside the Scouts, we have a strong group of volunteer leaders who make the Scouting environment friendly as well as inspiring the best from our Scouts.

Why don’t you spend some time looking at our website to see what activities and challenges we have for Scouts? There may be some activities that benefit your child’s skills but also some which stretch them to try new things.

If you would like to help in some way, or join us having fun then you can contact us from the contact page or see below.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
